Mr. Farquharson is a Chemical Engineer with over 28 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering & Management from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School.

Dr. Ricardo E. Crawford graduated with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree from Temple University School of Dentistry, receiving Honours awards in Pediatrics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Oral Surgery. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the American College of Dentistry.

Dr. Ece Gürsoy is an international lawyer and expert general counsel with over 25 years’ experience in-house and in private practice in England, the EU, the Americas, and Turkey. She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Istanbul Bar Association and holds a LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial law from the University of London and a Ph.D. in European Competition Law from King’s College London.

Mr. Butler has more than ten years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Manager, Corporate Advisory Services at CFAL. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of The Bahamas, an MBA from Beijing Normal University in China, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Annie Chinafat is a highly accomplished and experienced financial advisor with over 35 years of expertise in international finance, taxes, audits, financial management advisory, and risk management. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and an Associate of The Association of Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She holds an accreditation in international insurance management from the Global Insurance Institute at Wharton University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Emmanuel C. Alexiou graduated from Carlton University in Canada with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career at Cavalier Construction Company and later transitioned to founding Sunco Builders and Developments. He has held several directorships including Director, VP and President of the Bahamas Out Islands Promotion Board; VP of Bahamas Marinas Association, Director then VP of The Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association; Director of The Bahamas Hospital Authority; and Director of the Airport Authority and Nassau Airport Development (NAD).

Mr. Farquharson has over 25 years of experience in the Construction, Technology, and Energy Industries. He holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA degree in International Finance from the University of Miami.

Mr. Torres is a seasoned executive with vast experience in large scale projects in Power Generation, Oil and Gas and Petrochemicals in Venezuela, México, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Africa and the Middle East. He has managed multibillion dollar projects including heavy crude upgraders, gas plants, combined cycles, petrochemicals, offshore platforms, storage facilities and utilities.

Mr. Antelo is a senior manager with extensive international business development experience in the energy industry. He has been responsible for capturing and executing industrial projects for major oil multinationals and contractors across the Americas and has a proven track record for establishing long lasting customer relationships and profitable business growth.

Mr. Pimentel is a mechanical engineer with 50 years of experience in design, selection and technical-economic evaluation, operation, and maintenance of electric power generation plants, and mechanical power and heat plants with emphasis in Combined Cycle Power Plants. He is a retired university professor in the energy plants area.

Mr. Ibañez has over 38 years of experience in the execution of multidisciplinary projects from the basic engineering phase to commissioning production, refining, petrochemical, gas, electricity generation and transmission, industrial plants, and infrastructure facilities.

Mr. Buffington has had a notable career in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry, particularly tied to his leadership in expanding LNG applications in the Caribbean and Central America. He founded Carib Energy LLC, a Florida-based company, which became a pioneer as the first to secure a small-scale, 25-year LNG export license from the U.S. Department of Energy for transportation from the U.S. to Free Trade Agreement countries. As president of Carib Energy, Buffington leveraged his extensive experience in the international propane gas industry—spanning 42 years—where he also founded EFG Industries, a supplier of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) equipment, engineering, and plant construction.

Mr. Ferguson is President and Founder of Levant Advisors and President of Colina Financial Advisors Ltd. (CFAL). He has more than 35 years of experience in financial services and investments.

Mr. Maura Jr. is the Regional Director of the Americas for Global Port Holdings Ltd. and has been the CEO & General Manager of Nassau Cruise Port since 2021. Most recently he served as President & CEO of APD Limited, the owner operator of the Nassau Container Port.
